What It Costs to Start at Ignite: The 2-Week Launchpad, Explained

The short answer: starting at Ignite Performance and Health costs $199.99 for the 2-Week Launchpad. That covers two weeks of lab work, a provider visit on your results, six coached strength sessions, a body composition scan, and nutrition coaching. Most people who continue afterward pay roughly $165 to $500 a month, depending on what their plan includes.

People ask me about cost before almost anything else, and most clinics make you come in to find out. Here’s the whole picture.

What the $199.99 includes

  • An intake visit of about an hour at our Chesterfield facility
  • A lab order and blood draw
  • A sit-down with our provider to go over your results
  • A strength intake with a body composition ultrasound and measurements
  • A nutrition assessment and a coaching session
  • Six coached strength sessions over two weeks, three a week
  • A written two-week plan
  • A sit-down on day 14 to decide what comes next

Bought one at a time, the same services cost $599. The Launchpad price is lower because we want people to try the whole system before committing to it.

How you pay

Nothing is collected online. You pay the $199.99 in person at your intake visit. The fee stands on its own and is not credited toward a membership.

What happens after two weeks

On day 14 you sit down with our team and decide. Nothing renews automatically, and there’s no obligation to continue. If you do continue, your plan is built from what we learned in the two weeks, and the monthly cost depends on what it includes: training, nutrition coaching, medical care, or all three. Financing options are available; ask about them at your intake.

Do I have to qualify for medical care to do the Launchpad?

No. The labs, nutrition coaching, and six coached sessions happen either way. The provider visit determines what, if anything, on the medical side is appropriate for you. Our provider makes those decisions under Medical Director oversight.

Why only 15 a month?

Each Launchpad takes about six coached sessions, an hour-long intake, a nutrition session, and a provider review. Fifteen a month is what our schedule holds without shortchanging the clients we already have. That’s a real limit, not a sales tactic.

Does Ignite take insurance?

Ignite is a cash-based clinic and does not bill insurance directly. We provide superbills and documentation you may be able to submit to your HSA or FSA provider for reimbursement.
