How the cost works in an employer GLP-1 program in St. Louis
For each employee who enrolls, Ignite's monthly program rate is shared three ways. Your company is charged only for employees who enroll and use services. A company that enrolls nobody pays nothing.
The Ignite Employer Partnership Program is not health insurance and does not replace your company's health insurance. Ignite is the medical provider and is paid for services delivered. Employees pay their share directly to Ignite. Treatment is offered only when a licensed provider determines it is medically appropriate.
Example: Men's Hormone Health. Ignite's monthly rate is $164.99. Your company's employer contribution is $41.25. The employee's monthly cost after the employer contribution is $82.50. Ignite contributes the rest.
Medication cost varies by the dose your provider prescribes and is quoted individually.

For benefits brokers
Already work with a benefits broker? We'll work through them. Brokers can bring this partnership to the companies they advise as an addition to an existing benefits package. We can join a client meeting, answer questions about how the program runs, and keep the broker in the loop on every step for that company.
Questions and answers
What is the Ignite Employer Partnership Program?
It is a partnership between your company and Ignite Performance and Health in Chesterfield. Your company contributes toward provider-led weight management, men's and women's hormone health, and training and nutrition coaching for employees who choose to enroll. Your company pays only for employees who enroll and use services. Nothing is owed for anyone else.
Does this replace our health insurance?
No. The program is not health insurance and does not replace your company's health insurance. Ignite is the medical provider and is paid for services it delivers. It sits alongside the benefits package you already offer, and nothing about your current arrangements, or your relationship with your benefits broker, has to change.
What does it cost our company if nobody enrolls?
Nothing. There is no per-head fee, no setup fee, and no minimum number of employees. Your company is charged only for employees who enroll and use services, at 25 percent of Ignite's monthly program rate. A company that enrolls nobody pays nothing, and the on-site education sessions and September wellness fair remain free.
How is our company billed?
Ignite sends your company one invoice each month. It shows the number of enrolled employees and the total of your 25 percent employer contribution. Employees pay their 50 percent share directly to Ignite, and Ignite contributes the remaining 25 percent. Your team never handles individual employee payments or medical paperwork.
Who decides whether an employee gets medication?
A licensed provider at Ignite, under Medical Director oversight. Every employee goes through Ignite's normal clinical intake, lab work where needed, and a provider evaluation. Treatment is offered only when the provider determines it is medically appropriate for that person. Enrolling in the program never guarantees that any medication will be prescribed.
What information does our company see about employees?
Your company sees enrollment counts and invoice totals only. Ignite never shares diagnoses, medications, lab values, visit notes, or any other clinical detail with an employer. That information stays in the employee's medical record at Ignite, protected the same way as for any other Ignite patient.
Can employees use HSA or FSA funds?
Some medical expenses may qualify for payment from a health savings account or flexible spending account. Employees should check with their account administrator or a tax advisor before using those funds. Training and nutrition coaching are not medical expenses. Ignite does not give tax advice or decide what an account will accept.
Can we work through our benefits broker?
Yes. If your company already works with a benefits broker, we will work through them. Your broker can bring the program to you, sit in on the first conversation, or handle the details on your behalf. Tell us on the form below whether you have a broker, and we will follow your lead.
Is there a limit on how many employees can enroll?
Yes. Training and nutrition coaching seats depend on coaching capacity, so each employer agreement carries an enrollment limit for your company. We set that number with you before the partnership starts. Medical programs follow the same clinical intake for every employee, and we will tell you plainly if a program is full.
