Why two weeks

You’ve probably already tried one piece of this.

The medication on its own. Or the trainer on his own. Or an app telling you what to eat. Each one works a little, then stalls, because nothing is talking to anything else.

We run all three together. For fourteen days you get your lab numbers, a provider who walks you through them, a nutrition plan built around how you actually eat, and six coached sessions in a private facility.

Separately, that list is $599.

What’s included

Everything we do. For fourteen days.

A full lab panel — your order is written at your first visit, so we work from your actual numbers, not a questionnaire.

A visit with our provider — once results are back, you go through them line by line.

A nutrition assessment and a coaching session built around how you actually eat.

A strength intake, body-composition ultrasound, and circumference measurements.

Six coached sessions — three a week, in our private facility. Never a crowded floor.

A custom two-week plan written for you, from your intake and your numbers.

Two weeks, all in — $199, paid at your first visit. Nothing collected online.
Worth saying plainly

What this isn’t.

Not a free trial
Not a consultation
Not a sales call
You won’t be auto-enrolled
Not a gym membership
Not just a prescription
How the two weeks work

You start the same day you walk in.

DAY ONE

Intake visit

We sit down and go through where you are and what you’re after. Lab order written. Body-composition ultrasound and measurements taken. Strength intake and nutrition assessment done. Your six sessions scheduled before you leave. You pay the $199 here.

DAYS 2–13

You run the program

Three coached sessions a week. Your nutrition coaching session. And a visit with our provider to go through your lab results once they’re back.

DAY FOURTEEN

We sit down

What the numbers showed, what two weeks showed, and what makes sense from here.

The provider visit

A real visit with a provider. In person, every time.

You sit down with a licensed provider — a nurse practitioner or a PA — in our Chesterfield clinic. Not a video call. Not a questionnaire. Not a prescription written off a form.

What gets reviewed

Your full lab panel, line by line. Your health history, your current medications and supplements, and what you’re actually experiencing day to day. Your body-composition numbers and strength intake are on the table too — the clinical side and the training side are looking at the same picture.

What it determines

Whether any of our medical services are clinically appropriate for you. That’s a clinical decision and the provider makes it. Sometimes the answer is yes. Sometimes it’s not yet, or not this, or start with your primary care first.

What it isn’t

It isn’t telemedicine and it isn’t a prescription. Nobody here is prescribed anything off an online form. If something is appropriate for you, that gets decided in the room, with your numbers in front of both of you.

What happens after

The provider brings what they found to the coaching team. Your training and nutrition plan gets built around your clinical picture instead of running alongside it. That collaboration is the Ignition Sequence™ — and it’s the part you can’t assemble yourself out of three separate people.

Care is delivered by our licensed provider under medical director oversight.
Fit

What used to work stops working. That happens to everyone.

What you do next is where people split. This is built for one kind of answer.

This is for you if

  • You’re roughly 40 to 65 and what used to work has stopped working
  • Energy is flat, strength is slipping, or the effort isn’t paying off
  • You’ve been told your labs are “normal” and you still don’t feel right
  • You’re tired of coordinating a doctor, a trainer, and an app that never talk to each other
  • You’re committed, not just interested

This isn’t for you if

  • You want a prescription with nothing attached to it
  • Three sessions a week for two weeks doesn’t fit your calendar right now
  • You’re after performance enhancement above a normal physiologic range
  • You want to think about it for six months — we’ll still be here, come back then
At the end of two weeks

No auto-enrollment. No pressure.

Your card is for scheduling

It stays on file the same way it would at any clinic — for scheduling and no-shows. It does not roll into a membership on its own.

Day fourteen

We look at what the two weeks showed and talk about whether continuing makes sense. If it does, we’ll walk you through what that looks like and what it costs.

If it isn’t a fit, it isn’t a fit

You keep your numbers and your plan, and we part on good terms. We don’t try to convince people who need to be convinced.

Fifteen a month

We take fifteen a month. Six coached sessions each is real floor time. When the month is full, the calendar below shows it.

Questions people actually ask

Before you book.

Do I pay anything to book?

No. Nothing is collected online. You pay the $199 when you come in for your first visit.

What happens at the first visit?

About an hour. We talk through where you are, write your lab order, take your body-composition ultrasound and measurements, run your strength intake and nutrition assessment, and put all six of your sessions on the calendar before you leave.

Is the $199 credited toward a membership?

No. The $199 buys two weeks of real delivery — it stands on its own.

Do I have to be eligible for medical services to do this?

No. The two weeks stand on their own — the labs, the nutrition coaching, and the six coached sessions happen either way. The provider visit determines what, if anything, on the medical side is appropriate for you.

What does it cost after the two weeks?

Most people continue on a membership that runs roughly $165 to $500 a month depending on what they need. We’ll walk you through the specifics at your day-fourteen sit-down.

What should I wear?

Athletic shorts and an athletic t-shirt to your first visit. We’re doing a strength intake and taking body-composition measurements, so we need to be able to reach the right spots — for women, a sports bra is generally preferred for that part. After the intake, training days are whatever you’d normally wear to the gym.

Who runs the medical side?

Care is delivered by our licensed provider under medical director oversight.

Book your intake

Pick a time. We’ll take it from there.

There’s nothing to pay online. Choose a time that works, come in, and we’ll get you started that same visit.

Before you book — after the two weeks, most people continue on a membership that runs roughly $165–$500 a month depending on what they need. We’re looking for people who are committed, not just interested. If the plan makes sense, is that something you’re open to?
